I was looking for a specific vehicle and found it on the dealership”s website. I sent a request of interest late in the evening. At 8:00 the next morning they had reached out to me offering assistance in looking at the vehicle. Jamie showed me the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. He also showed similar vehicles for comparison. He did a great jab answering all of my questions and I purchased the vehicle. Very satisfied customer.

Mauricio helped me check out all the vehicles on the lot that I was interested in and he did not try any high pressure sales tactics, which was refreshing. I found the vehicle I wanted and he did everything he could to help us complete the sale.

Great service in a timely manner

Mark Norman does a superb job getting my truck scheduled when I request service. I rely on him because he has shown himself to be reliable. James Dugan is just as superb. Example: before James was Shop Foreman, the technician who changed the oil/filter for me often forgot to reset the oil monitor, a detail that matters to me. On James Dugan's "watch," the oil monitor has been reset EVERY time. I rely heavily on the advice I get from Mark and James. Lamar Hale

I did not have my car serviced on 8.14 so don’t know what you are talking about. I inquired earlier in the month to have my ev serviced but was told you only do ev on Mon- Thurs and I am off on Fridays so I went to Freeland Chevrolet to have my car serviced as it was a warranty issue and thy got it done. What this tells me is you have one ev mechanic that works mom- thurs and if there is a Friday situation go somewhere else. When I have had my car serviced there it has been less than good each time
