Janie was great, we called him told him what we were looking for. When we drove over there. It was sitting in front of the showroom. Just what we were wanting. Within a couple of hours I was a new owner of a Yukon.

I was helped by Mr. Demon Slater and he was an absolute joy to be around as we browsed the selection of vehicles.

Extremely Poor, I took one week to change the oil and do a check engine light. The tech that worked on my truck shorted out my radio/computer screen charging the battery and then the dealership tried to say it was no longer under warranty. Why would that matter if they shorted it out? Then they installed a new $359.00 battery that I didn't need. Things really need to change in the service department. I don't think these guys are really even trained proper.

Brought my car in on Monday afternoon for a 7:30 AM appointment on Tuesday. Tuesday hadn’t heard anything and by 3:00 Wednesday hadn’t received a call on the status. We called back on Wednesday afternoon and my car was never “brought around” to be seen. We went and picked it up because we needed the car after 2 days of it being there and nothing done. It wasn’t even looked at. So we received NO service even though my car was there for 2 days and we had a 7:30 AM appointment on Tuesday. Not impressed. My car was bought there, new, in December of 2024. Our first experience with your service department was horrible!!

We just had a lift done on our 2023 Canyon AT4X a few days prior to my oil change appointment. When I arrived for my oil change/tire rotation I specifically pointed out the spacers that were installed on my skid plates for the lift that needed to be placed exactly the same way as they found them. The tech was told but when he replaced the skid plates he noticed that he had the spacers but didn't remember where they went or what they were and didn't let anyone know that he had "extra" parts and put them aside. I didn't remember to check to make sure they were reinstalled until I was in the Sam's Parking lot (5 minutes down the road) and immediately returned to the dealership. When I came back, it took another hour for them to let me know that they were unable to figure out where the spacers went and then another 40 minutes for them to bring the truck up?? My appointment was at 9am and left at 12:45pm, not including the 15 minutes back and forth to Sam's Club. Back to the spacers/skid plates: They could have used the other skid plates for reference, if they looked, they would of noticed that they go on every bolt!! Since they were unable to figure this out, they handed me the 3 spacers and now we either have to replace these ourselves or take our canyon back to Outlaw 4x4. Either way, I will have to take time off work to take care of this. Your Service Lead, Jimmy and the Service Advisor, Sybrina, were both gracious and apologetic and if I had to just give feedback on them, it would be 5 Stars. I did ask to "speak" to the service manager but apparently he didn't have the time and Jimmy had walk back and forth relaying our comments which I find rude and disrespectful. The service manager did say that if we incur any costs, provide them an invoice and they would reimburse us. I won't have an invoice for my time if I replace these myself, and work will not provide an invoice if I have to take time off work!!! Also, If someone asks to speak to the manager, then the manager should take the time and speak to their customer, especially when the service you provided results in more time away from work and more money out of pocket. My question is If the tech had missing parts and didn't say anything or ask for help, what else did he do wrong on my truck?? While I was waiting their was another truck that had tires replaced and/or fixed and the didn't gauge his tires. He had a heavy duty truck (didn't see the model), he drove off and had to come back as some tires were at 30psi and some at 60psi. I'm questioning my loyalty and trust in this dealership.
