Everyone was nice and polite. I had to feed my breast feed baby and they helped me find a space to feed him.

As always great customer service. And made me of repairs that I thought I needed but didn't. I have to appreciate the honesty

oil service

Mark Norman continues to provide 5 STARS review. However the service tech that did my oil change and tire rotation felled to put all lock nuts back on my wheels, he left 1 off on my back passenger side and i was just lucky to have seen it while loading up my truck. I Immediately then drove to the dealership pulled into the service bay, knowing that Mark was off went to David Holder and he immediately took the truck back and had them put new locks on my truck. So a 5 STARS to David Holder in the service department as well for taking the time to make it RIGHT!!
