Great service in a timely manner

Mark Norman does a superb job getting my truck scheduled when I request service. I rely on him because he has shown himself to be reliable. James Dugan is just as superb. Example: before James was Shop Foreman, the technician who changed the oil/filter for me often forgot to reset the oil monitor, a detail that matters to me. On James Dugan's "watch," the oil monitor has been reset EVERY time. I rely heavily on the advice I get from Mark and James. Lamar Hale

I did not have my car serviced on 8.14 so don’t know what you are talking about. I inquired earlier in the month to have my ev serviced but was told you only do ev on Mon- Thurs and I am off on Fridays so I went to Freeland Chevrolet to have my car serviced as it was a warranty issue and thy got it done. What this tells me is you have one ev mechanic that works mom- thurs and if there is a Friday situation go somewhere else. When I have had my car serviced there it has been less than good each time

I called on 8/13/2025 and spoke to a person in service before scheduling my appointment. He gave me a cost and transferred me back to the scheduling person to get set up. I showed up on 8/14/2025 for my appointment. There were several employees standing around talking. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before anyone tried to assist. Then the guy informed me that the cost was going to be more than double what I had been quoted, and they didn't even have the parts needed to complete the service. He tried to make it seem like I called the wrong dealership (even though I had an appointment at this location). I showed him the number I called. It was the correct dealership. I will not be back to this dealership. A complete waste of time!
