Early drop off was big help as was the check out

Was greeted in a timely fashion, and got checked in. The service rep went over the services that will be provided and I was offered a courtesy ride home and back to the to the dealership when my service was completed.

Reggie and Denarius were awesome in helping us get two new vehicles.

I had a Great Experience with Anna taking Care of getting my Truck Serviced in a Timely Manner, Finding out what I didn't know & getting me back on the Road!

The interior of my truck smells as though either the technician had been smoking or a major chain smoker that got infused in my leather seats. Plus didn’t clean greasy hand prints from my driver door.

Came in for an alignment on my corvette. Paid and drove away. Steering wheel still not straight and car was not running right. Check engine light came on, sputtering and dash said check rear axle? Second time got alignment pretty close and motor runs better, not sure what they did but I’ll be taking it to another to have it checked. Got home and found a chip in the front spoiler. Took it back again looked at cameras and determined it wasn’t that way when I arrived. Was told had to talk to his manager. I asked to let me know what’s decided and have not heard back. Poor experience. Cannot recommend to friends or family.
